CHOCOLATE CHIP ZUCCHINI CAKE

(i call it cake cause it is easier to cut and eat when in a cake
pan that it was in a loaf).

1 cup oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour milk (use 1/2 T vinegar and then add milk to equal 1/2 cup)
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
4 Tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamom
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups zucchini
1/4 cup walnuts
1/2 bag or more chocolate chips

Cream oil and sugar together.
Add eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Blend well.
Mix flour, cocoa, soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Add wet ingredients to flour mixture.
Add zucchini and nuts.
Grease and lightly flour cake pan (9x12")
Sprinkle with Chocolate Chips.

Bake at 350 F for 55 minutes.
